Application: Triple flute compression spirals compress the material being cut preventing chipping or flaking on the top and bottom sides of the cut. Mortise end compressions have a .190″ upcut for machining thinner material widths. Triple flute compression spirals are used when faster feed rates are required cutting double sided laminates, veneers, melamine, vinyl, high pressure laminates, and painted composite materials.
