For customers located in our primary service area — including New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and parts of the Midwest (Maine to South Carolina, West Virginia, Ohio) — Dinosaw offers weekly pickup and delivery through our in-house team. This ensures fast, reliable, and personal service. - Nationwide & International Shipping:
For customers outside our local pickup/delivery area, we ship products and tools via UPS and FedEx. You can expect reliable transit times and tracking options provided upon shipment.
Processing & Handling Times
- In-House Pickup/Delivery: Scheduled weekly according to your location.
- Shipped Orders: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping Rates
- In-House Delivery: Rates may vary depending on the volume and frequency of service. Please contact us for a custom quote.
- UPS/FedEx Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed prior to finalizing your order.
Tracking & Notifications

Damaged or Lost Shipments
